We had a fairly nice stay in Portsmouth very close to the original pub, beach, and the sea. James made everything for all of us. The room was clean and cool with an electric kettle, central heating and an iron. We truly enjoyed views over garden.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance of popular spots like Broken and Repaired and Southsea Travel Co. the room was clean and comfortable, with stylish and modern interiors. the host was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. the breakfast provided was delicious, with options like sourdough bread and little jams. the facilities, such as the bar and terrace, were well thought out and added to the overall experience.
There could be more cooking facilities available, such as a microwave.

The apartment with a terrace and garden views was absolutely amazing! It had a cozy bedroom and a lovely living room with a flat-screen TV. The equipped kitchenette was handy, and the bathroom with a shower was clean and modern. I felt right at home!
Personally, I found the towels provided in the apartment to be a bit small. But hey, that's just my personal preference and I'm sure others might not mind it at all.

The room was amazing, with quirky decor and all the amenities you could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The location was also perfect, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach. The host was friendly, easily contactable, and provided helpful information throughout our stay.
The limited cooking facilities, with only a toaster and kettle provided. It would have been nice to have a microwave or more cooking options available.

Had an amazing time during our Xmas getaway. Loved the fact that the property was just a stone's throw from the beach, perfect for a romantic walk. the place itself was spacious and chic, with a lovely roof terrace complete with a hammock. the owners were attentive and quick to respond to any queries. the bed was incredibly comfortable, probably the comfiest I've ever slept in. the little touches, like the complimentary toiletries and breakfast essentials, were a nice touch. Highly recommended for a luxury stay!
Only downside was the limited cooking facilities. Would have liked to have more options, maybe even a microwave.

My stay at the Jazz Quarters, Southsea's Hidden Gem was absolutely amazing. The moment I walked in, I was blown away by the quirky yet beautifully designed accommodation. The attention to detail in the decor was superb, and the cleanliness of the place was top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked fridge with fresh fruit, juice, milk, bread, and more. The self-service breakfast option was a nice touch and provided everything I needed to start my day. The highlight for me was the roof terrace, which I can only imagine would be even more enjoyable in warmer weather. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique charm and luxurious experience.
